The reality From: sudhirtara Date posted: 3/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   This apartment is quite expensive for the service we get.No cooling system in the bedroom.In winter too much heat,sometimes hot despite opening all the windows.Overwhelming numbers of cockroaches resistant to all the available treatments. However,excellent location for people working in medical district.And easy access to public transportation.The residents are usually polite and friendly.Given the fact that similar apartments with better commodities are more expensive nearby,this is still probably ok to stay for a couple of years especially if one doesn't have a car.
