Previous one must be from a leasing office employee From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/18/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Bad place to live. Most of the things mentioned in previous post are not correct. Apartments are old and lifts are worse. Sometimes I have to wait for more than 15 mins. Most of the time only one will work. Management staff is ok and they get the work orders done pretty quickly. But it was horrible this summer. AC did not work at all. Lot of people fought with manager and only last week a notice was sent that it is repaired now (working at 90% of it's capacity :) ) Neighbourhood is bad, real bad. Go to .5 miles in any direction and you will realise it. I would not recommend it for families. For UIC students probably best place to live.
