apartments are nice but pricey. very convenient if you are going to school close by-pretty much all of the residents are medical people (med students, resident doctors, attendings, etc). there are a lot of hidden costs to living here like ALL of the utilities are not included and that means you'll pay a few hundred dollars more per month. also AUM is divided by the square ft of your apt and not by usage which is super unfair and gets super expensive. laundry rooms are dirty. no 24-hour doorman. but compared to the other places in the medical district, this is by far the best just a whole lot more expensive.

Getting ripped off by utility charges...doorman isn't around...dirty laundry rooms...lots of hidden costs....lot more expensive.
