I have to say I have lived here for 3 years, and management is a nightmare! There was a change of management during the time I lived here, but it was not for the better, it stayed a bad quality. My major issues were with repairs, getting here the first day the toilet did not work and they did not want to fix it. They gave me the wrong address and promised me a different apartment from what I got. There were always issues when going to the office to ask for something to be repaired, as the ladies that work there are very rude, and they don't care about you, so they will not do anything to help you. Now I am trying to move, and it has been a hassle even for that, they don't even want to give me the elevator time I need. I think these apartments are very overpriced and not that great, but I stayed for the 3 years just for the convenience of being close to the hospitals, which is good if you work there and don't have a car. Now I will be moving to another apartment that is not as close to the hospital, but I will be paying the same amount, for much better apartment.
