 FOR 1 YEAR ONLY, ONLY 1 ELEVATOR WORKED FOR A 22 FLOOR BUILDING!!! ON MOTHERS DAY OF 2007, I HAD THE GIFT OF HELL....I HAD TO WALK 18 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS, BECAUSE OF THE ELEVATORS WERE OUT OF ORDER. INFESTED ... more

 The apartments are infested with roaches. Its loud and you can hear everything going on in everybodys apartment. Security sucks, police and fire trucks are always here. They cut off the water with out telling you, and the laundry room ... more
