Millenium Park Plaza

New Owners are rude and cheap,Stay away!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/10/2005 Years at this apartment: 1994 - 2004   Since I have moved out of the Doral I have no problem telling anyone that It WAS a great place to live till the new owners of the Millenium Park Plaza took over,here is just a short list,,kicked out the owner of the grocery store(loyal,been there since the begining),,raised the monthly parking fee $50(=$250)in one month's notice,,got rid of all front desk and garage management,kicked out 1 free bike stand to hold 1 more garage car parking space, canceled Christmas party for residence,added $25 to yearly upstairs gym membership fee p/p,cut maintenence so work orders for aparments are not done timlely
