This was a great place to live when it was the Doral. New owners have managed to run the building into the ground in less than 6 months! Fired all the great door staff and maintenance, tried to kick out the grocery store and restaurant owners and are remodeling apartments on the cheap so they can jack the rent up. Management is a joke -- nothing gets fixed and they are quick to send out eviction notices for anyone they want to harass. Check out the other apartments owned by Barry (BJB) for more terrible reviews. The leasing staff will make it sound like a great place to live but ask any tenant.
