The property manager, Terry Patrick, is rude and stupid. Nothing gets fixed. Terry Patrick is a massive liar promising repairs are on the way and it never happens. Terry Patrick has these joke "tenant appreciation" brunches once a month where they give you old bagels and lousy coffee. All I want is for the elevators to work. Only a fool would move into this building.
