After one year under new ownership they are either completely inept or planning to go condo. They clearly do don't care if tenants move out. Security is terrible, and they have illegal unqualified workers remodeling apartments on the cheap. Recently one of the workers was caught ransacking a long-time tenant's apartment. Construction is noisy and at all hours. Plus most of the staff speaks Spanish and is often rude. They also eliminated most of the amenities including the dry cleaner and the salon. The grocery store tenant and J Randoplh's and LaStrada are also being harrassed by the new ownership despite long-term leases. Great location but not worth the frustration and poor management.
