Warning to Potential Renters

Here's a brief sketch of what my life's been like recently leaving in this hell hole:
a) 2 attempted muggings immediately next to the building; b) very poor Internet access (supposedly broadband) which is killing me b/c I'm trying to use it to finish an important project on a deadline (when I called to complain, management was snide with me and then the service provider called "De Novo" (which must mean "useless hacks" in Latin) was even worse and after their abuse, the Internet access is as bad as ever even though I'm paying for "broadband" in my rent check; c) a unit was robbed by an employee of the building; d) much of the equipment in the laundry room is broken; e) one of the building's front doors from the lobby to the elevator has been broken for weeks; f) the building is filthy everywhere; g) the engineer is rude when maintenance requests are lodged; h) management is rude and never responsive to anything; and i) parking staff has been cut so much that there is a tremendous wait whenever you want to use your car. That's a small taste of the hell this building is. In short, stay away.
