I have absolutely loved renting here. The location of the building in comparison to the rest of downtown Chicago is excellent. It is very easy to get anywhere you want to go due to the close proximity to the L stations and also because it is right along Michigan Ave. The views are fantastic as well. My apartment overlooks the Lake and also Millenium Park and it is a great view to wake up to. The rent is very reasonable (especially for the location). I have had few problems with any of the building staff members and they have always treated me well. Parking can sometimes be a problem and is a bit expensive, but when you compare it to the hassle of parking in Chicago it is well worth it. The fitness center and pool are also recently remodeled and it's perfect for me when I want to go work out. All in all, this building is a great place to live, especially if you work in the downtown area. I fully recommend this building for anyone looking for a great value in downtown Chicago. I have found my lease well worth it.
