My lease runs out at the end of this month, and I couldn't be happier. BJB and their idiot employee, Terry Patrick, have clearly made it their goal to run this building into the ground. The "remodeling" is attrocious, management is incredibly rude and incompetent, the grocery store is moving out of the building - the final commercial tenant anyone cared about since La Strada is so crappy, and very sketchy figures surround the building day and night - often drinking by the entries. My advice: don't rent here, unless you really hate yourself.

I run the local neighborhood news web site New-Eastside.com so I asked about the grocery store moving out of the building, either I talked to the owner or the manager this morning and he says there are no plans to move out... I probed a bit and he said he knows about this web site but he thought this was an old post (2005?) mentioning that they would move out. blog.new-eastside.com

The grocery store is not moving out. They are looking for new locations to expand.
