I would never normally write comments on something like this, but, I moved out of Millenium Park Plaza a year ago because I wanted to live in Lincoln Park, and now i can fully appreciate what a NICE building it is. I chose to move because I wanted a younger area that was open later.

But now that I live in a crappy building where management is horrible I realize how lucky I was at Millenium Park. The doormen are so nice and very on top of the job. The management of the building is not too bad either. And the gym is AMAZING. You will not find a gym like that in most other buildings. I almost considered staying just because of the gym. For me, it's like saving $100 a month just on gym fees. I also moved into a completely new apartment, with all new walls and appliances. The remodeling in the halls was annoying sometimes but I generally thought they were doing a damn good job. The only one that really had to deal with it was my puppy when he was home alone during the day. I never really was home enough to hear the noise during the day.

I had a question about the gym hours once, and a management person took the time to call me back and give me a lengthy explanation because she obviously acutally cared about the residen't well-being.

If you're young and want to party, this might not be the best place, unless you don't mind not being in the middle of the action. But honestly, this building, for the price is pretty much the package deal. People that are complaining obviously haven't lived in really really horrible places. I reccommend this building to ANYONE.

I will be moving to the area October 12th. What side(s) of the building and floor(s) do you recommend requesting occupancy? How are the 1 bedroom layouts?
