A study in how to mess up a good thing. This building was very well run for years and the people were great to deal with. BJB takes over and plants Terry Patrick in the office- big mistake. She's a wicked, nasty person with the personality of a troll. Her minion the little elf Mike isn't much better. Its amazing, everyone has the same reaction to the new decorating, "french whorehouse". They fired the best employees and pissed off the rest. They make arbitrary pronouncments and the make changes to them almost immediately. Now they plan to obstruct the "magnificent views" by planting another building where LaStrada sits. Notice where they put the city's notification of the zoning change request.... In a remote window on a pathway on the Beaubian side where no-body passes. Typical.

dragon24 is obviously a MPP employee since dragron24 posted several reviews as to how awesome this place is. MPP is a dump; stay away. Or not. All you have to do is walk through the halls and see the wreck of a redevelopment it is. Terry Patrick is a monster.
