All of these high ratings as of late are made up. Read through the older authentic ones if you want a clear picture of this place. It is an absolutely horrid place.

Negative people will never be happy....I've been shopping around and get really tired of complaints about renovations?

I am not a negative person, quite the opposite in fact. With that said, it is hard to ignore the grave misgivings of MPP.
