I've had a pleasant stay over the last year or so. I like the renovations and certainly the new health club. I'm not sure how to renovate a bldg. without sound''' People would complain if it were not updated.

You can renovate with minimal sound and minimal interference with residents, it really isn't complicated, I have seem other places able to do it.
