Cons:
-Construction noise is never-ending and horrifically loud. Management does not respond to complaints. It seems like it will only get worse with the new wing they are building by La Stradda.
-Management office is rude.
-We were kicked out of our apartment because they were converting it into a corporate suite. We were given the choice to move to another apartment in the building or to leave.

Pros:
-Convenient location
-Individually controlled heating/cooling
-Decent amenities--nice gym, etc

Can you comment on the internet speed in the building? what about the valet parking (how long does it take to get your car out)?
