151 Michigan is unbeatable for what you get. Location, location, location! Just pay your rent on time and you will be good!

Lord when will MPP management stop in trying to convince you this place is excellent? Just go there and see the upkeep of the exterior and the smell of dog pee in the summer is fabulous! :o( Go to 1350 N LSD folks. Much better and way less expensive.

Yes, pay your rent on time and everything is good. But they keep changing things in the lease and taking away the amenities. My first year here was good, but it's getting progressively worse. And I'm tired of management's insane desire to add a new wing and create "luxury" apts. Give me a break...who's gonna pay that kind of money for a place with college kids, transient travelers, broken elevators, and an incompetent manager!?!?
