Very bad management- extremely rude doorman- Tower 3

Hi,
We have lived in this community for over 3 years now. There has been some recent changes in the doormen, and the two new ones (Marc and Jesus) are really really bad. They are extremely rude and curt, and disrespectful to the residents.
My Condo is awesome- but the pain of seeing those two faces is making me rethink.
Even though we have raised the issue with the management, they seeem to favor the doormen. Almost seems like a game of residents vs. management. Am not sure if residents are paying the exorbitant management salary, or vice-versa...am really rethinking my decision....

I think that this is a ridiculous 'review.' Because someone has an issue with 'recent' changes involving two employees they now criticize and give low ratings to an entire building? 'Parking' and 'maintenance' receive low ratings without explanation?
I am suspicious that this person is misusing this public forum to air grievances about two employees with whom they have a disagreement and not actually giving a substantive review. Particularly, that this reviewer has personally named the employees in question and the rest of the review is vague and groundless tells me that this seems to be a childish vendetta against these two employees.
I think the review should be removed.

I think having an issue with recent changes is worthy of a post here. To the building manager who made the 2nd post-you should spend more time actually improving the property instead of sitting in front of the computer hunting for posts. The residents at Museum Park have paid far to much money for their condos to have anything but spectacular service from the staff.

Agreed. I have seen similar things with Marc. He is extremely unco-operative. While other doorman help disabled, elderly or people with kids with opening the door, greeting people, etc- he would be either on a phone or just sit on his chair.....
We do pay a lot in assessment fee, so hope to receive good services.
