This building is split between short term corporate housing and regular unfurnished apartments. I live in an unfurnished apartment, and so far I have been really pleased here. The staff at the building are very friendly and helpful and they respond to any problems quickly. It is in a great neighborhood in the city, and the apartments themselves are fairly nice. This is a dog-friendly building, and the dog owners here (like myself) are very responsible and there have been no problems with the pets in this building.
I would highly recommend the Oakwood, for either long term or short term living.
