The manager,Mary Crandall is brutal and rude beyond unprofessional, the building has perpetual structural and maintenance(plumbing and air conditioning) nightmares for its residents, the elevators either do not work or she shuts them down, theft and crime are the newest "amenities",homeless and vagrants urinate, sleep and reside in the stairwells leading to the parking garage(you literally must step over them to get into the garage),the halls and public areas on the floors are filthy, the heating system is poor and the apartments are drafty and badly(if at all) insulated, they want the building to be sold to go condo(but its in such disrepair they'll have to work on it awhile before Invesco moves in and takes over, and they just found a resident dead(yes, DEAD) in the stairwell of the 23rd floor on 12/01/04. Chaos. Unbelievable. Ghetto of the Gold Coast. I'll let you be the judge.
