Before the new ownership, this place was okay... after, it has gone down hill. The property manager flat out lies to people about work being done in the building etc. The elevators are AWFUL, you are a caged animal b/c it takes 30 minutes to get an elevator and out of the building. The common areas are cleaned once in a blue moon. Trash room on floor spells as it has not been cleaned in months. All in all, bad place.
