Terrible Flexibility on Management Team

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
Management team was lack of flexibility for residents who was moving out. I tried to contact the management team for a few extra days, which I will paid for the rent, so that I can move out during the weekend instead of weekday. They didn't get back to me until the last 2 days of the lease and instructed me that I 'HAVE TO' move out in 2 days. In addition, the new resident will not move in for another 3 weeks. I can not understand why a luxury condos can not have such a little flexibility for their residents.
