I moved in last month and so far, so good! The apartment was beautifully renovated. Practically everything was brand new, just as the management had promised me before I signed the lease.

The doormen are helpful and pay fairly close attention to who's going in and out of the building. The maintenance staff is very responsive and usually will take care of any issues the same day or the next day. The amenities are wonderful. The sundeck is great. The laundry room is brand new. The business center is convenient and the gym is small, but has all the essentials.

I haven't had any issues with the management staff. They have been very accomodating so far. They have gotten things done for me whenever I've asked. It truly is a fine building with a fine staff. I'm glad I found it.

I suppose I'm fortunate in that I have a south facing apartment, so I have a spectacular view and I'm away from the two construction sites on each of the northern corners of State and Delaware. When I came by to see the apartments, I made it clear to the management that I had no interest in facing the construction. Fortunately they had a vacancy on the southern side of the building for my move-in date and let me have that apartment. It just all worked out really well.

My biggest complaint would be the cob webs and spiders that populate my bay windows and the terrace. I've tried cleaning the terrace up, but the local spider gang comes by and shoots webs all over the place. They seem to be everywhere! I'm not a fan of spiders, so I haven't gotten as much use out of my terrace this month as I would have liked.

Anyway, all in all, I love the building and would highly recommend it!
