What a NICE change!!!

I'm writing to take the time to say how pleased I am with One East Delaware, my apartment and the office staff, especially Karyn and Mimi. Through a major transition of the ladies loosing a Manager and a Leasing person, they seem to always want to help in any way. Mimi goes out of her way to say hello to everyone and put a smile on everyone's face. Karyn is very sweet and kind as well as knowledgeable about anything I ask. I have been a resident for 11 years and just want to say thank you to all at One East. My experience has been more than a pleasure!
