Nice, but could be better. . .

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
 
Parking - Offstreet parking is available for a monthly fee ($100 '). Street parking is difficult, especially in the evenings and on weekends.

Noise - mostly a quiet building.

Grounds - Decent, but nothing special.

Safety - Well lit entrance and lobby. Security cameras monitor the lobby entrance and ground floor area.

Overall a decent place. Has the feeling of a small European Hotel. Owner needs to do more about the bug problem in the trash room. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
