If you love Mice, Cockroaches, Power keep tripping all the time, this is the place for you. However if you want something fit for a human, AVOID at all costs, the building is very old and out dated, the deco has not been changed since the mid 80's by the look of it. It is very expensive, Just around the corner, the street if FULL of pan handlers wanting money off you It is just bad, the building and the whole area!! Avoid!!
