My time at parc paris was a pleasant one. I have stayed at several other apartments in chicago and they all have not been as good as Parc Paris. The building is a solid building, not like the many new building that have paper thin walls, Parc Paris has thick walls and floors so you will not hear your neighbors at all! The building and the management is very friendly. I have seen and met a good number of the tenants in the building, and they are all extremely friendly. The place does allow dogs, and the pooches i have met have been the sweetest dogs!

I have read some of these other reviews, and was really shocked that some people would have had that kind of negative experience at this building. I am very very picky about the places that i live in, and if i see any signs of pests of any kind i will not take it. During my stay i did not get any visits from any insects or rodents. I live a very clean life, and i like to remind people that if you live like a slob anywhere in chicago, you will be visited by pests even in those swanky pricey places!

If you are trying to find a good building that has a good competitive price for a one bedroom or studio i would suggest Parc Paris.
