I'm surprised to hear that others are displeased w/this building. It's neat and clean, and the neighbors are friendly. As for people pan-handling in the neighborhood, well, yes, sometimes that happens on Sheridan or near the El. Please - it's the city. I like living here, it's close to restaurants, transportation, the Lake, and the rent is affordable. I love to see people taking their dogs for walks, people smile and say hello...I think it's a nice place to live.
