I have lived at the Pavilion for three years. Evyerthing hasn't been perfect but my experience has been pretty good.
It's in a great location within walking distance of the train. When I have a business trip it's less than 15.00 for a tax cab ride.
There is fantastic gym with racquet ball courts and a swimming. Once every month and a half I see a personal trainer who is really excellent. I lost about 50lbs since I've lived here.
I haven't had any real parking issues. I admit it is a challenge when you have alot of groceries and have to go to an upper floor in the elevator nothing a small 15.00 cart won't solve.
I had some maintainence problems but when I call things are taken care of.
I have a beautiful view from my balcony.
In the summer I can walk in the forest perserve located across the street.
There are tennis courts and an outdoor pool as well. It is a little bit more than some other apartments but the great location and definite health benefits of having such a convenient place to work out and swim are definitely worth it.
I would definitely recommend the Pavilion to people who I know.
