I've lived here for almost two years and it is far and away the best rental unit I've ever had. I enjoy the advantages of living in a high-rise complex. The building is all concrete and steel so you don't hear your neighbors. Aircraft noise from the final approaches to O'Hare might be an issue but double-paned windows help a lot. I've never had a bug problem or maintenance issue within my unit. I would definitely recommend.
