Overpriced and below average

At the begining I thought this would be the best place I lived in but I was wrong. Oh, so wrong. Problems with the office staff are something you go through at least once in two weeks. Apartments are nothing special but extremely overpriced. Parking if coming later than 8pm becomes a living hell especially during the winter. Million of unauthorized vehicles (w/out their parking sticker) are parked and the parking sticker they give you once you move in means absolutely nothing. Maintenance staff is very nice and probably the best part of Pavilions but the problem is cheap management (the one w/out 13th floor I'm talking about, you know!) so no problem gets solved. I'm getting out of here asap and I don't recommend this place to anyone. Overpriced and below average. Nice location though.

Thanks for the info! I wondered if all the other posts from paid insiders. How in the world have you lived 2 years in such a godawful hell hole like the one you describe? What kind of neighbors live there? Are they disgusting and inconsiderate? Loud and noisy? How's the upkeep of the buildings and grounds? Do the elevators break constantly? BTW is the indoor pool, outdoor pool, and Gym included in the rent?) |
