I liked the pavilon. use to live over in Lincoln Park on Lake Shore drive and couldn't find a freakin parking spot over there, at least you can find one over at the pavilon. Awesome fitness center. I liked the staff too. The convience store is good too. I wish i didn't have to move but after my lease was up they jacked the price up so high i couldn't afford it. Otherwise i would have stayed had my rent not went up. And damn all those airplanes that are constantly flighing by

Hello right now I like at Lake Shore Drive and Briar and thinking about moving in this complex when my lease is up. Please be honest and tell me how is it really is living there. So after a year they really go up three hundred dollars?? And the one bedroom apartments are they HUGE!! Please give me your opinions at larry.driver@amwins.com
