There is no air circulation!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
The air conditioning is on only in June, July, and August. It doesn't matter if its warm or hot like it's been in May and Sept. It's like a sauna the rest of the months.

The pool is nice, the people that live there are nice.
But it "feels like" a beat up, rusty, 1975 Oldsmobile with a new paint job and spinner wheels.
