something is really good..
pavillion apt has a lot of facilities.
for examples, gym, indoor/out door pool, night club, UPS, cleaning room..i think those are really good. but..yeah..i think so that sometimes elevators are not good.

I am looking into renting in this complex. Please tell me if its worth leasing or should I just go someplace else. Are there hidden charges? Is worth even with the great amenities? Please be honest. dn77@comcast.net
