The pavilion has been a nice place so far. The office is very helpful and friendly and maintanace is great. The luxury of having everything there is definatly nice. The corner store is a bit pricey but thats what you pay at conveniece stores. Its close to the grocery store which is nice too. Over all I would recomend the Pavilion. While im renting I think its one of the nicer places to be. I am very shocked by some of the other reviews. Ive never know any hidden charges. Only late fees hahaha.
