I've been at the Pavilion now for almost 3 years and I will definitely endorse them for a good place to live. I'm in the 5441 building and I am here to give you the good, bad and ugly about living here.
The Amenities:
I have utilized every single one of the amenities they have to offer and have found them to be acceptable. There are a few things which can be improved upon but by now means a deal breaker at their current status. The gym is nice but the equipment is a little too close to gather for MY taste and also out dated. I do have a membership at a real gym and this is the basis for my comparison. I challenge anyone to find another apartment complex that has a more diversified list of equipment to use. So outdated, yes. Get's the job done, yes.
The Parking:
In the back, too crowded.
In the front, better.
The underground garage, fantastic
The Grounds:
I've never seen custodians work so effing hard in my life.
I leave for work usually around 7:00 7:30 and they are already there cleaning the windows, mopping dusting, cleaning the indoor pool and they don;t miss a spot! They are also very polite. Typically older men and women and they get the job done well.
Safety:
I have mixed feelings about this subject. On one hand I feel safe with the key fob system for the doors...but at the same time (and this is the case in any apartment complex with the same feature THAT DOESN'T HAVE A DOORMAN) people let people in all of the time. I've been flipped off at least 3 times for NOT letting people in when they are standing there at the door looking like a little puppy dog wanting me to let them in. Sorry old guy with a bag of groceries, should have brought your fob with you. No, I'm not making that up.
The staff:
Love em all. Zero complaints. Very accommodating. Polite, resourceful, and sincere. I have read some of the other peoples comments in regards to this. I really don't know who you talked to but communication is a 2 way street and if you walk in there with an attitude I don't believe they should reciprocate that but I don't think you should advance them with that tone either.
Noise:
This is a fun one. Can I hear my neighbors' Yes....why' Cause they are freaking NUTS! The woman is a loon! She yells at the top of her lungs at her boyfriend ALL of the time and yes the office and security are aware of it and have talked to them about it. The guy to the left of me plays electric guitar during NORMAL times of the evening so I can hear that but after 8 or 9 not a peep. Past that and the 350 pound person above me that like to slide their chair out from under the table it's as quiet as a tomb. For those that are slow....I'll explain it this way. You can hear extreme noises from inside your apartment but not normal noises like sneezing or talking or even TV's at a normal level. I have a subwoofer propped up off the ground so the vibrations don't disturb the person below me. Some things are common courtesy folks. The Pavilion's building structure is very good. It's the people inside it that make issues like this a nuisance.
That's all I got. A fair evaluation of the place I've been calling home for the last 3 years.

About the only thing you complain about is the noise, yet you give it a 4 star rating???? DOH!
As for the "love em all" I agree with the response above me. You were paid to say that.
