I've lived here for nearly 35 years and I'm being evicted because they don't want to reimburse me for repairs to the apartment I was forced to make on my own.

First the Pros: Where else can you get amenities like this' Perfect for a guy like me who is self employed and works out of his apartment. Security is good here and the maintenance people are friendly.

Now the Cons: Too many noisy people here especially in the indoor pool. Too many smokers too. Apartments are way too warm. Intolerable if it weren't for my portable air conditioner. Far and away the worst thing here is the management. Refused to fix my carpeting and would never paint my place. When I got a mold problem they blamed it on me and told me I had to fix it myself. Lawyers told me they'd have to reimburse me. But so far they're trying to stiff me and now are trying to evict me.

Overall this place is perfect for a college student who wants to party or somebody who always uses the amenities. But I HATE THE MANAGEMENT!!!!

i dont know where some of you people are coming from but rat and roach problems???? been here two years the only rats or roaches are those who act like em!!!! management has been exceptional with any issues ive addressed to them!! this is a great place to live for any normal person its what you make of it and how you present it and yourself!! mold in the carpet and walls????? pretty gross to let youre apartment get that way!!!! they didnt plant the mold you let it grow!!! time for youreself to grow and move to a no care moldy nieghborhood!!!

LOL, you're making it too obvious that you're a personal friend of the management. Anybody with an IQ over 50 would know 2 things: 1. That their IQ is higher than yours. 2. That there's nothing "exceptional" about this management. Granted, before ------------- took over as manager things were good here for the most part. Did you miss the part that said I've lived here for nearly 35 years? You're an illiterate and a rotten apple who supports a management who does not care at all about the welfare of their residents. Mold is caused by things like bad plumbing, water leaks or improper caulking...NOT by the residents themselves.
