The laundry room is over 100 degrees. The fitness center is very hot, the air conditioning is inadequate and they switch in heat in early September even if it's hot outside This place is also filled with roaches and the maintenance service is almost nonexistant when it comes to plumbing problems. There's about 10 drug dealers here for every maintenance person. Things overall are going downhill so rapidly that I think the management is trying to get everybody to move out so they could turn the whole place into a Section 8. A big thumbs down to the Pavilion
