The China Syndrome

The People's Republic of the Pavilion has to be a territory of China. In terms of human rights they run neck and neck. It made world news last year when an activist in China got arrested for conducting a peaceful human rights petition. Not to be undone the Pavilion called the police on a person doing a peaceful peition here. Within minutes two police officers came out and told the petitioner he'd be arrested if he didn't stop. What's happened to the first amendment''' Does the city of Chicago think the Olympic Committee would be impressed if they act like China' The Chicago Police respond immediately to a petition complaint but the City of Chicago hasn't responded at all to residents complaining about things like mold and severe water damage due to excess heat and humidity in the apartments. What the heck, mold is only deadly so it shouldn't be a priority. Stopping someone from doing a petition in regards to these unbearable conditions is more important. Cronyism is alive and well in Chicago.
Frankly it hasn't always been that bad here. Up until a few months ago I enjoyed my stay here at the Pavilion. But ever since a monster by the name of---------------became manager, this place has gone straight downhill. And sadly the corporation who owns the building (Forest City Enterprises) is backing her every move now.
I'm hoping this breach of the first amendment becomes world news too. Perhaps then all of the shareholders of Forest City would go in a panic and sell all their shares.
Wishful thinking. Meanwhile as long as---------------is the manager, the Pavilion is a must to avoid.

Quite frankly I wish I could write more than one review. But only one per person can be done. They check not only your e-mail address but also your IP address. I have three e-mail addresses but could only do one review. Yes, I do hate the management here. Who wouldn't after what they put me through. The review titled "I HATE THE MANAGEMENT" is mine. The others?? I don't know, but if you REALLY ask around, there are a lot of residents who don't like how slow the response is to plumbing problems and among other things how cheap the management is in general.
However, we can all respond more than once and I'll lay odds that ALL of the recent responses to the last several reviews is coming from none other than ----- -------, who just found out recently about this site.
