No, I think she's a robot programmed by Forest City Enterprises to be the Green, Mean Machine....no make that the CHEAP, MEAN, MACHINE!
If you're lucky enough to get an apartment with no plumbing problems, count your blessings. For the rest of us it's a lost cause until we Get Out of Dodge. Trying to get plumbing problems fixed here is harder than building a snowman inside these apartment anytime from May through October. Why' Because ----- ------- is too CHEAP to provide adequate air conditioning in the summer and too CHEAP provide air conditioning at all as soon as a week after Labor Day. They try to use the city ordinance as an excuse, but simple math will tell you don't need heat if it's 90 degrees outside and the city ordinance requires 68 degrees. And, they won't even turn off the heat on the hot days. My apartment hit 100 degrees a couple of times.
As for the plumbing problems, many so-called work orders were written up but nobody showed. When my place started reeking of mold and mildew, I complained directly to ----- -------. She was EXTREMELY rude and said if I didn't like it, I could move out. Of course she made a point of saying there would be a charge for breaking my lease. When my lease did expire, I was told I had to move out. That was fine with me. I even moved out a week early.
Most of the people who live here are foreign college students and those receiving some kind of affordable housing, another way of saying drones just happy to have a roof over their head. That's just the way ----- ------- likes it.

I've lived here 5 years and I must say I would recomend this place. It is a very well kept building. I've had problems with management in the past but it was my fault for not paying my rent on time.
The staff including ----- ------- are professional and I have not had any major issues. I am glad The Pavilion is here for my family and I. Are there plumbing issues, sure but they are not as terrible as stated here, and maintenance is very good at responding quick to emergencies.
As far as the heat and A/C get over it.. It's free.. deal with a couple of weeks of it, I do, and I've survived.
Quit acting like a three year old throwing a tantrum! Grow up, and if you are so miserable, MOVE... Very simple.. Some of us are happy here!
Oh, I forgot to mention that I am not a foreign college student not receiving any kind of affordable housing.

I don't know who you two are, but I have to agree with the majority of the recent reviews. That Pavilion is not a good complex right now. And, in terms of throwing a "tantrum" it looks to me like "nextdoorchick" is the only one doing that. Perhaps you're the one who needs to act your age, unless you happen to be under 7.

Nextdoorchick needs to learn how to read. The person clearly stated in their review that they had already moved out. People who work for the management can't make reviews. But it's pretty obvious they can respond to them.

Wow... Pretty Harsh... Seems as though you have made this a personal vendetta rather than a honest review. I will make my own decision by checking it out myself
