When I moved in last summer, thought this place was paradise. More amenities than you can imagine.
But then the wheels started coming off. Summer rolled into fall and my apartment was scorching even though I faced away from the sun. It was about 90 degrees at night with no breeze at all. Management said they had to follow the city ordinance. Yeah right! More like twist the city ordinance to make it seem that way.
They have fixed my plumbing problems so far, but only after putting in work orders over and over again. I hear the place is becoming mold infested. I don't think there's any in my apartment, but the smell of mold and mildew is all over the place.
A lot of people are friendly but too many are loud to an obnoxious degree.
I'll be out as soon as my lease is up. Others should stay clear of this place.

This response is actually to whomever is running this site.
Unfortunately I'm starting to think that this review site is biased in favor of the Pavilion. I've run into about six people in the last two or three weeks who had signed my petition last year and said they posted negative reviews here, only for this site to fail to send any confirmations.
And, why was the manager's name removed? Some kind of dirty word?
We know already that Forest City buys off politicians and judges. But internet review sites? They'll stop at nothing.
You can't go by IP addresses in the Pavilion. A lot of people use Comcast, which probably has the same IP address for all of them.

Hey, knightpirate. I've decided to join your organization.
I've done some more reading on Forest City Enterprises. People all over the country loath them. Let's put them out of business!
