Bad news for Pavilion residents. The only person who was able to keep the slumlord management in line is being forced out. That means they'll be nothing standing in the way of letting this management run this place into the ground. I bet within a year every apartment will have mold. Stay away from the Pavilion or any property owned by the Forest City slumlords. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

Yes, somebody else will have to pick up the reins. But not a person who plans on making it a long stay here. They will call the police/evict anybody who conducts a petition. 1st amendment means nothing to these animals.
Forest City is the King of Pay to Play politics almost everywhere in the country. Everybody should go to Google and check out, "Forest City Enterprises Slumlords", "Complaints against Forest City Enterprises" and "Brooklyn No Land Grab." This will show everybody their true colors.
