Very Dirty Pool Area

When the leasing people showed me around everything looked fantastic. But this was in the daytime. The first time I used the pool was about 10 at night. The water was very cloudy. The jacuzzi was even worse. It was so bad you couldn't even see the bottom of it. The sides of it looked like it had mold or water damage. The washroom smelled like an outhouse and the toiler flushers didn't work. The other people using the pool were drunk, very loud and didn't care if they swam right into you. Better have your guard up when you use the pool. Many other areas of the building look dirty and like it hasn't been painted for many years.
I should have read the reviews here before moving in. I would have known ahead of time that Forest City Enterprises were slumlords. I'm going to try to break my lease.

I beg to differ my fried- are you sure you were in the Pavilion Pool? I was in the pool yesterday and it was magnificent! The water was clean, temp was great, and the people in the pool were friendly. Not to mention the sparkling hallways that were just REMODELED. Get your facts straight before you spread that nonsense.

LOL, the management here has to learn to be more subtle. Some nights the pool is in better condition than others. But to try to give people the impression everything is perfect is totally absurd. Seems quite a few people are spreading "nonsense" lately....eh? The only real nonsense are some of these ridiculous replies. Management should spend less time here and more time trying to improve the living conditions.

The only good thing about the Pavillion is the fact that you can sign a 3 month lease, cuz thats how long you can live there without having enough. Amenities are good (never went in the indoor pool, so can't say either way), but not worth it when you are living in a 90 degree room (Literally, I should have taken a picture of the thermostat as proof). Don't live here!! Also, yeah, pretty obvious that the first reviewer is management here. Sorry leasing agent, make it less obvious next time.

It depends. Sometimes it's incredibly clean and sometimes it's not especially after KIDS were playing. You know what they usually do in pools... So...that's it, you just went there after kids!

I'm a relatively new resident here. I have not been IN the pool yet, but I've walked by it several times, as I show my friends and family the place. It looks pretty normal to me. I read several of the reviews on this site, and honestly they seem like there's one or two people that hold sour grapes and keep coming back here. I'll write a review of my own, but I think it's only fair to wait a full 3 months of living here before I do, so it'll go up next month. I have no complaints so far though.

Don't move into this rathole. Read the review I just put up. After March 15 this place is really going to get bad.

The place was ok. It is very expensive though. The gym got upgraded and the staff is pretty good. Pool can be dirty depending on who is in there and when you go. Mornings is the best time to go. I would go back but the rent keeps increasing it seems like.
