My stay here has been a big disappointment. There's been many issues here including mold they refused to fix.
However, with all the problems encountered here, the manager of this property was the worst. To say she is completely out of her mind would be an understatement. On one occasion she totally lost it, when I complained about the noise in the hallways.
She said, "If you don't like it, MOVE!" Then she said, "I have more important things to do then tend to crybabies." Then she started screaming something real loud I couldn't understand. Another time I talked to her near her office and she always laughed at inappropriate times, including when a mentioned a time I got seriously hurt. This manager really spooks me and for that reason I posted this anonymous.
This is the 21st century and I'm sure with the right medication and therapy she could probably improve. Problem is, people like her don't know they're nuts.
Well, I will miss the outdoor pool, gallery and this great location, but as long as she's here, STAY AWAY! I can't mention her name here, but she's a short middle aged woman.

Manager dearest, I think this person is trying to politely say that you need to work on your people skills.
