We have to wait until June before we get air conditioning' Of course the leasing people didn't tell me that when I moved in during the winter. Management claims there's a city ordinance which requires them to supply heat until then. Perhaps. But there's no law saying they can't provide air conditioning on warm days. Right now it's about 70 degrees outside and my apartment is roasting. 70 degrees is about the average temperature in May. I'm not looking forward at all to the next five or six weeks.
On the plus side, I like the fitness center and other amenities. But the hallways smell terrible here especially on warm days like today. Smells like mold. I hope I don't have any in my apartment. I have about eight months left on my lease. Since I like this location, I'll stick it out in hope things don't get worse. But can't give this place a recommendation otherwise.

"Smells like mold. I hope I don't have any in my apartment."
That's wishful thinking.
