Who does she think she is' A marine drill sergeant' Ruler of the universe' I've never seen anybody on such a power trip. She's embarrassed me on more than one occasion when I was with friends. Over the most trivial things. She's threatened to evict me on several occasions. In this point in time that's fine. It's not like they're taking such great care of this building anyway. The walls outside in the hallway on my floor look like they haven't been painted in about 50 years and the stairways look about 200 years old. How often do they change the water in the indoor pool' Once a month' And, the water was ice cold both times I was down there. My apartment lately is starting to get a musty odor. From what I've been reading here, it's probably mold. It's time to move out and get away from this slumlord manager.

Manager Dearest, everybody likes you. They're just shy about expressing it. Though the overall rating of 30 percent is about 20 percent higher than the rating since you took over.
