Looks like I learned a lesson the hard way. If you live in the Pavilion and you have a complaint, just keep it to yourself. Otherwise you may lose your job as I did.
I had to complain over and over about a leaky ceiling. They would fix it, but the leaks kept coming back. Finally the manager of the building got very rude and condescending with me. I felt I was in the right here so I told her that she had no right talking to me like I'm a little child. She said, "Do you have any idea who I am' I know where you work and will have a little talk with your boss." Several days later I was fired from my city job. Since then I've read about other people who lost their jobs or worse when daring to go against Forest City in any way. This management is a bunch of bullies who will use their clout to mess up your life. Stay far, far away from the Pavilion or any of their other properties.

Wow, knightpirate, don't you think it's time to let this go? It's obvious you just keep writing these reviews yourself--as the tone, writing style and content are all way too similar to be from random reviewers. I'm going to unsubscribe to this now, because I hadn't intended to be updated with your all-too-frequent creative writing entries.

Manager dearest why don't you show your name, wimp. How many times do you need to be told that people cannot make the first response to their own reviews. I don't have 10,000 different computers and 10,000 different email addresses. All I do when people I talk to complain, is give them the website address here so they can post their review. That's been the case with about maybe half of them. As for the other half, I don't know, but is it any surprise this poorly kept building is getting poor reviews? Give it up ----------- or Ms. Water Girl. I know it's one of you. If by any slim one in a million chance you're a real resident, then please do "unsubcribe." Because you're trying to stop people from knowing the TRUTH about this management. People need only to google in "Topix Forest City Enterprises Forum" to learn the truth about this company. I use the moniker "RJF" over there. Yeah, they claim I'm doing all the complaints over there too. LOL But, there's a lot of links we posted. Links that show what compulsive liars the ------ family (who owns Forest City) are. There's links over there that show the ------ family direct ties to terrorist groups and much, much more. Another site to check out is "No Land Grab." This site talks about the Forest City Atlantic Yards boondoggle they're attempting to build in Brooklyn and how much people in Brooklyn despise them. Forest City has quite a history. In 2006 the NY Press voted ----- ------ the villain of the year. In 1999 they were sued for 100 million for INTENTIONALLY exposing their workers to asbestos and other toxic substances. Meanwhile, I have lots of pictures showing the condition they let my apartment get in, before I had to spend money OUT OF MY OWN POCKET to fix it. I also have lots of pictures of the general poor condition of this building now. Anybody has any questions feel free to write to me. My email address once again is "------------------------." Wow what is this person all about with the terrorist talk. From what I knew Forest City was started by Jewish people. People that we targeted by ------ to be removed from this earth. I'm not political, but I would find it very interesting or funny if they were terrorists.
