I was trying to decide between the Pavilion and Catherine Courts. Both are convenient to the train station and both either have or are near a lot of amenities.
I was leaning to the Pavilion because of it's gallery but the Catherine Courts was a lot quieter, making me undecided again. Leasing people from both complexes had shown me around. But I was planning on visiting each place on my own to check out the stuff they dont' show you, like the hallways on each floor or some of the the stairwells.
That won't be necessary now. After reading the latest Pavilion review my mind is made up. The Catherine Courts is my clear choice now. Pavilion management must think people are really stupid. First they claim all the bad reviews were written by one person and then they stoop to a phony review' That is desperation at it's worst! Whoever did that review is obviously associated with the management and went out of their way to act like their review was the only one that mattered. Catherine Courts hasn't exactly been getting good reviews either, but at least their management is smart enough to stay away. I also think would be residents should stay away from the Pavilion.

Well, again, I am sorry you would think my review was fake. (You can phone me at 646-328-1399). I'm a very old lady, but still working, who came back from Florida 3 years ago, and have had very good treatment here, If there is a way I can prove to you that I am a real, not fake, tenant, let me know and I'll meet with you. I should only live so long that management would pay me to praise the Ravilion. By the way, I have neighbors here who have lived here for over 20 years; a couple that works where work moved here while they lookied for a house to buy: they thgouth it was just fine. By best friend from when I lived in Florida had lived here (for 4 years) when she was a Chicago person, and she was very satisfied. After today, and responding to the 3 people who seem to be upset with my review of the Pavilion, I am no longer going to take up my time responding to these other reviews. It's silly for me to try and change the mind of anybody when they have already made their decision mind that's already made. up.
