The management here is really not taking good care of the property. Things look good on the first floor because that's what they show new residents. On the other floors the painting and carpeting look pretty shabby and it often smells like mold. If I ever get mold, I'll stiff them on my last month's rent and move out.
But something just as awful happened last night, while I was trying to work out. How about YELLOW RAIN right in the middle of the workout' Incredible. This was more than just a small leak. This was a freeking rainstorm compliments of the washroom above.
I'm not a plumber so I don't know what caused this. But judging by the amount of filthy water pouring down it was likely coming from the flushing toilets. All the while the fitness director just strolled around like nothing was happening. I haven't lived her that long. Is this a regular happening' People should make a regular habit of avoiding this dump.

Hah, that doesn't sound good. And I'm trying to MOTIVATE myself to start working out again. Wish I hadn't read this, even if it is a one-time thing it's going to give the lazy part of my brain another lame excuse to stay lazy! btw, the lazy part of my brain is what's kept me from writing my review, an actual POSITIVE one, imagine that! I'll get to it someday, lol.

I also live at the Pavilion apts. On behalf of the trainer in the gym; it is not his job to repair the leaks. The trainer has complained to upper and lower managment on numerous occations as well. Each time he is told it will be taken care of. So lets put the blame where it needs to be: managment......

Hello, If the Pavillion really that bad? I looked into it online and I was really leaning towards moving there. Is it bad or is all this overblown? Or is it just a bunch of rich whiners? Please give me info. Thank you!
